A small group of participants spend half a day working alongside horses in a structured, facilitated experience that surfaces the kind of self-awareness no workshop has ever managed to produce.
The session moves through four stages: introduction and safety briefing, herd observation, guided horse interaction, and facilitated debrief. Each stage builds on the last.
Includes: full 3 to 3.5 hour facilitated session, pre-session briefing materials, guided herd observation, individual and group horse interaction, facilitated debrief with personal insights, and follow-up reflection notes.
